As a UX Researcher at Elsevier, I conduct user research supporting the design and development of learning experiences for medical professionals. I also work part time as a UX Researcher/Customer Success Manager at MasterYourMix, where I conduct user research, design, and optimize learning experiences around recording, mixing, and mastering music. I have a PhD in Educational Technology, am a former English teacher, and have a multidisciplinary background in writing, music, film, and design.
